Obi Makes Huge Donation In Enugu

Labour Party’s candidate at the 2023 presidential election, Peter Obi, has made a donation during his recent visit to Nsukka in Enugu State. His generous donation of N20 million to the Faith Foundation Mission Hospital, presented through the Anglican Bishop of Nsukka, Rt Rev. Aloysius Agbo, aims to kickstart the construction of a College of Nursing Sciences at the hospital.

Recognizing the crucial role played by healthcare professionals in primary healthcare delivery, Peter Obi stressed the urgency of prioritizing the training of such essential workers adding that the initiative became even more critical in the face of a global shortage of healthcare professionals.

Expressing his gratitude, Peter Obi commended the visionary move undertaken by the Bishop and the entire team at Faith Foundation Hospital in establishing a College of Nursing Sciences. He affirmed his commitment to supporting projects that contribute to national development and benefit the Nigerian populace, envisioning the realization of a New Nigeria founded on dreams of progress and prosperity.
