“While disclosing that those who had alternatives had fled their homes, the villager added that those still taking refuge in the forests were now living in fear, not knowing whether the attack would continue.”

“The CP vowed that the police would stop at nothing to fish out and bring the perpetrators of the senseless act to book,” asserted the Commissioner of Police, Kanayo Uzuegbu, denouncing the violence witnessed in the community.
