Atletico Madrid, a formidable Spanish football club, has indicated interest to buy Victor Osimhen, a Nigerian striker playing for Napoli.
The player has been on the watchlist of top clubs in Europe owing to his terrific performance in Napoli, his present football club.
The 24-year old striker has tickled the fancy of the high-ranking clubs because of his recent records, including his 18 goals in about 19 games.
Osimhen, who has achieved the 100 club-record target before Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo, is making waves in the international football arena with big clubs like Chelsea, Machester United, making attempts to have him.
However, Aurelio De Laurentis, the President of Osimhen’s club has stated that there was zero plans to sell one of his men strikers.
