A Former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has asserted that it’s his turn to occupy the Senate Presidency.
Kalu stated this on Tuesday while taking questions from Newsmen at the National Assembly.
He called on the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to go ahead and zone the highest legislative position to Abia North.
The Chief Whip of the Red Chamber maintained that being the highest ranking Senator from Igboland, he deserved the position.
Kalu assured that if elected the Senate President he was going to work for all Nigerians.
