Baba Bintin, a popular FM presenter who works with a private radio station based in Ibadan, Fresh FM Nigeria, has reportedly died while walking to the office on Saturday morning.
The news of Bintin’s death was brought to the limelight on Saturday in the course of a radio programme held by Komolafe Olaiya and Olalomi Amole, Oyin Ado, Ace radio twins.
At the early times of the programme Bintin’s usual lateness to the programme was discussed, but in the twilight of the programme, the death of the radio presenter was announced.
He was said to have died while walking to the office hoping to meet a POS agent to get some cash from.
Vanguard reports that an audio played by the radio revealed that he was found slumped as he was heading to the office, but was hospitalized.
On getting to the hospital (University College Hospital), the presenter reportedly gave up the ghost.
