The immediate past President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has made his first post in two years after his proscription following his alleged support for his followers who invaded the US Capitol after 2020 election.
Trump posted “I’m back” with a video where he declared his victory at the 2020 US presidential election.
The Page of the US Ex-president which has about 34 million followers was banned following a tweet where he called on his supporters at the 2020 election to be calm and peaceful.
The first post came just some hours after YouTube restored his channel.
YouTube initially suspended Trump temporarily, but finally extended the suspension to about two years.
The last video he had on the channel prior to his suspension was on his allegation that the US presidential election in 2020 was rigged.
Trump can now use the social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram as he pleases after several months of suspension.
Facebook had earlier this year stated that the Ex-president of the world’s most powerful country would be given another opportunity to use Facebook if he was ready to operate his account according to the rules.
Trump has been called back to Twitter, yet he hasn’t been making posts on the micro-blogging platform.
He had, in a post on his preferred social media handle, Truth Social, described the United States as the greatest threat to Western civilization, saying not China or Russia.
