Some thugs suspected to be members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, were spotted in a viral video, moving around agbo-Ola street in Orile, Oshodi, Lagos, threatening Non-APC voters not to come out to vote.
In the video, about 20 men were seen shouting as they were strolling around the streets, putting fear in people to stop them from coming out to cast their votes.
Also, such threat has been reported in Okiki and Sangote junction, off Ago Palace in Lagos State.
law enforcement agents have not been available to restrain them from intimidating voters.
